Residents,
The Annual Meeting of the members held in September 2025 did not have member quorum, so the Board of Directors will remain on the Board as a "hold over" for the time being while they look to replace several board members whose terms have expired.
There are several Board positions open and the Board is looking to appoint residents to fill those Board positions hopefully at the November 10th Board meeting (NOTE- there is no meeting tonight 10/13/25). Appointments will only be for 1 year until the next Annual meeting in September 2026.
This is a great time to jump on the Board and check it out to see if this is something you would be interested in continuing with.
The Board schedule will be changing for 2026 with possible quarterly meetings only and some by Zoom. This will all depend on Board members scheduled and availability.
Please complete the attached Nomination Petition and return it to a Board member or the email at jlee@sfmcinc.com by Monday, November 3, 2025.
