HOA Board
The Board of Directors consists of volunteer homeowners who live within the Cascades Park community.
These dedicated members collaborate closely with the management company (SFMC) to uphold the community’s governing documents, oversee financial matters, and ensure the maintenance and enhancement of shared spaces.
Homeowners are encouraged to get involved by attending monthly HOA meetings and volunteering for committees, fostering a vibrant and engaged community.

HOA Meetings
Meetings are held at the community Clubhouse on the second Monday of each month at 7 PM, with the Annual Meeting and Board elections in September. There is no meeting in December.
