Cascades Park: 2025 Annual Inspections to begin May 5-16

SUBJECT: Spring 2025 Annual Maintenance Inspections scheduled for May 5- May 16, 2025


 

The Association regularly inspects the community to ensure compliance with the Association Architectural Guidelines and to advise owners of deterioration(s) to their Lot, dwelling, or personal property, that the owner(s) may or may not be aware of.  Regular inspections and communications with owners and residents is a service desired by the community and is intended to help preserve and enhance the value of the homes in the Cascades Park Homeowners Association.

 

A covenants team will be on the property in May performing annual inspections and we wanted to let you know some of the items they will be focusing on. Please note this is not a complete list and the information provided here is to help you in making appropriate repairs to the exterior of your home prior to the inspection.  

 

General exterior maintenance of the unit: rotted wood, painting & general repairs, pressure washing, dented garage doors

Maintenance: fences, doors, decks, siding & gutters, mailboxes

Landscaping: flower beds, shrubs, tree pruning

 

PLEASE NOTE: Any exterior modifications must be approved in writing by the Covenants Committee in accordance with the Architecture Design Guidelines and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, prior to the modification being made. Submission of ARC applications can be directed to  arcapplications@sfmcinc.com
