Cascades Park HOA Committees
The Cascades Park BOD is advised by seven standing committees. These committees are made up of residents who graciously volunteer their time and effort. If you would like to join a committee, please contact us at volunteer@cascadespark.com.
Covenants
- To develop, for the BOD approval, guidelines and standards governing architectural alterations and additions to any lot
Recreation Committee
- Plan community social events
Newsletter Committee
- Provide neighborhood newsletter as a means of communication with the members of the community about the activities of the community and the Board
Landscaping Committee
- To review proposed landscape plans
- To monitor the performance of landscaping contractors
- To assist in the community’s overall landscape planning and design
Elections Committee
- To make at least as many nominations as there are vacancies on the BOD
- To assist in tallying of votes cast in elections at the annual meeting
- To assist the BOD in identifying candidates to fill vacancies for the BOD or Committees
- To assist the BOD in the general administration and execution of elections
Website Committee
- To assist the BOD in communicating community-related information to the neighborhood
- Provide oversight and content management of the cascadespark.com website
