IMPORTANT NOTICE – PLEASE READ
TO: All Homeowners and residents
AFFECTED STREETS: Paddington Station, Wembley Central, Brondesbury Park, Willesden Junction, Mornington Crescent, Mountain Pine, Waterloo Station
NOTICE DATE: February 13, 2020
Brothers Paving & Concrete Corporation is scheduled to perform CONCRETE SIDEWALK AND APRON repairs and replacement throughout the community near or at your residence.
The current schedule at this time, subject to weather and/or production conditions, is as follows:
February 24TH to 27th (weather permitting)
PROJECT STARTS 7:00 AM THROUGH 5 PM DAILY or later in the afternoon if needed for completion of days’ work. PLEASE MOVE CARS BEFORE 6:30 AM if parked near or within 40’ of any areas marked with white paint. The concrete replacement locations have been marked with WHITE paint and numerals.
Please do not park within THREE PARKING SPACES EACH SIDE, OR 40 Feet, of the WHITE marked areas between the hours of 7:00 am to 5 pm (or later as needed) on the scheduled dates noted above so that full, safe access is provided to each location.
If applicable, please remove any decorative borders or edging and/or overhanging landscaping flowers, shrubs, bushes, grass, etc. from the marked locations as the contractor will need to have access to place forms along the border for the new concrete. The contractor will not be responsible for removal of and/or damage to any landscaping or other items that may impede upon the designated work area.
To facilitate a safe and efficient operation, any vehicle that is blocking access OR too close to the marked work areas, as determined by contractor, will be towed at the vehicle owner’s sole risk and expense.
