Dear Cascades Park Residents:
Enclosed, please find five (5) Cascades Park HOA pool passes. Please use your regular season passes for guests. The 2022 swim season at the Cascades Park Homeowners Association pool facility, located at 21811 Mornington Crescent Terrace, is scheduled to begin Saturday, May 28, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. (weather permitting). High Sierra Pools will provide professional pool management services. You must have a pool pass to enter the facility.
Please fill in the name, address, and age (if over 18, just write Adult) on the resident pool pass for each family member. If you need additional passes, please submit a request in writing to Stephanie Simonovich of SFMC, Inc. at ssimonovich@sfmcinc.com. Phone requests will not be considered. Please destroy all prior year passes.
Pool Hours
• Monday through Sunday and Holidays: 11 A.M. to 8 P.M.
***During public school days the pool will be open from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M.
Outstanding Accounts
Passes will NOT be issued to those whose accounts which are in arrears. To learn the status of your account, please contact Cyndi Roland of SFMC at (703) 392-6006 x268 or croland@sfmcinc.com
Pool Admittance
Residents must have a valid pool pass to be admitted to the pool. The guards will strictly enforce the use of these pool passes for admittance. No one will be admitted to the pool without a valid 2022 season pass. This ensures that only pool members and their guests use the pool. Unauthorized use of any resident or guest pass could result in the suspension of pool use privileges.
Please sign in when entering the pool area. Information obtained from the sign-in sheets will be used to monitor the pool operations.
Important Notes
Familiarize yourself with the pool rules that are posted at the pool facility. They will be enforced. This includes NO Grills on pool property or oversized pool inflatables!
