Please Watch Your Speed

Safety is one of the organizing principles of Cascades Park and school remains in session for the 2009-2010 school year.

It is unlawful to pass a stopped school bus picking up/dropping off children. Also, unnecessary distractions such as talking on a cell phone or sending/receiving text messages can reduce your ability to respond. Please share the road and be mindful of other drivers and pedestrians.

Reston Bible Church

Reston Bible Church Construction

As many of you are aware, the construction on the new Reston Bible Church has begun behind Paddington Station Square.

We continue to work with them to reduce the amount of noise during evening and early morning hours.  Additionally, we continue to work with Reston Bible Church and SFMC to ensure that the tree line and drainage are not adversely affected by the construction.

For all those interested, there is a county building plat available. It is necessary to print out and tape together the plat in order to accurate see where the new church and associated buildings will be.

For Sale Signs
For Sale Signs are to be posted only on the property being sold. Homeowners are requested to inform their realtor that no open house or lead signs are to be posted in common areas or on other homeowner properties. Due to the large number of homes being sold in our community; the number of signs not being removed contributes to an unsightly neighborhood. Additionally, the grounds crew cannot effectively landscape the area due to the signs.
